1. User Eligibility and Registration

1.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country of residence) to use our basic tools. To utilize our payment gateways, cloud storage environments, or administrative interfaces, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

1.2 Account Security

If you are provided with a dedicated administrative or user account, you are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or data exposure arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

2. Platform Licensing & Intellectual Property

2.1 Proprietary Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the platform is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright, trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights.

2.2 User-Generated Output

We claim absolutely no ownership rights over the specific outputs you generate using our client-side tools (e.g., specific generated passwords, custom fancy fonts, formatting strings, or cryptographic hashes). You retain full ownership of the data you process through our front-end utilities.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our platform solely for lawful purposes. You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. As a user, you agree NOT to:

  • Malicious Distribution: Upload, host, or distribute malware, ransomware, explicit illegal content, or unauthorized copyrighted material via our Cloudflare R2 Edge Storage integration.
  • Spam & Phishing: Utilize the ProMail Dashboard, forms, or any SMTP relays provided by us to send unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM), spear-phishing campaigns, or fraudulent communications.

  • Reverse Engineering: Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the platform.
  • Impersonation: Impersonate another user, administrator, or entity to gain unauthorized access to secured portals.

4. DMCA and Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the platform (specifically uploaded via our R2 bucket) infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify our legal team at info@dhwaz.com. A copy of your notification will be sent to the person who posted or stored the material addressed in the notification. We maintain a strict repeat-infringer termination policy.

5. Term, Termination, and Access Revocation

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the platform (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our APIs and delete any downloaded proprietary materials.

6. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The seat of the arbitration shall be our operational jurisdiction, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.

7. Severability and Force Majeure

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic, communications failure, acts of God, or catastrophic upstream provider outages (e.g., AWS, Cloudflare).

Global Privacy Policy

Document Revision Date: September 03, 2026

Dhwaz Tools is committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. We have engineered our platform with an uncompromising "Privacy-First" and "Data Minimization" architecture. This document explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you possess under international privacy frameworks (including GDPR, CCPA, and VCDPA).

1. Client-Side Execution (Zero-Knowledge Architecture)

To ensure absolute cryptographic privacy, the following tools execute 100% locally via Javascript and the HTML5 Web Crypto API. Data entered here never leaves your device's RAM:

  • Secure Password Generator: Entropy generation happens locally. No passwords ever hit our server logs or databases.
  • Cryptographic Hashes (SHA-256/512): File and string hashing is computed entirely by your local CPU.
  • Text Formatting & Fancy Fonts: Unicode replacement algorithms and text manipulation execute locally.

2. Information We Explicitly Collect

We act as a "Data Controller" only for information you explicitly submit to us. We collect data in the following strictly operational scenarios:

A. Voluntarily Provided Data

When you use our Contact form or support channels, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. This data is utilized solely for customer service resolution. We do not aggregate this into marketing mailing lists without explicit, secondary double-opt-in consent.

B. File Uploads (Cloud Storage)

Files uploaded via our R2 Media Hub are transmitted securely via TLS 1.3 to Cloudflare's Edge Network. We store file metadata (Key Name, File Size, MIME type, Upload Timestamp) in our server environment to allow administrators to manage the bucket. The file contents are stored securely on the edge and are public only if a public access link is generated.

C. Automated Telemetry and Log Data

Our servers and perimeter firewalls automatically collect standard diagnostic data including your masked IP Address, Browser User Agent, Operating System, referring URLs, and Access Timestamps. This is strictly for DDoS mitigation, load balancing, and detecting malicious penetration attempts. Log data is rotated and automatically purged every 30 days.

3. Bot Mitigation (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We utilize Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our endpoints from spam and automated abuse. Unlike legacy CAPTCHA systems that track users across the internet to serve targeted ads, Turnstile verifies human behavior locally and anonymously, evaluating browser telemetry. It ensures your privacy remains intact while keeping our platform secure from credential stuffing.

4. Third-Party Data Processors (Sub-Processors)

We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercialize your identifiable data. We share necessary operational data exclusively with compliant infrastructure partners under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):

  • Cloudflare Inc.: Acts as our reverse proxy, WAF firewall, and R2 Object Storage provider.
  • Payment Processors (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe): If you choose to donate, your financial data goes directly to their PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateways. Our servers never touch, process, or store your credit card numbers.
  • SMTP Providers (Google/AWS): Used strictly for transmitting system alerts and authorized ProMail dispatches.

5. Your International Privacy Rights

Depending on your geographic location (e.g., the European Economic Area, California, Virginia), you possess stringent rights over your digital footprint:

  • Right to Access: You can request complete copies of your personal data held by us.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You can request that we erase your personal data from all active databases.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: You can request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under certain conditions.
  • Right to Data Portability: You can request data in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV).

To exercise any of these rights, please email our Data Protection Officer at info@dhwaz.com. We are mandated to respond to authenticated requests within 30 calendar days.

Comprehensive Legal Disclaimer

Document Revision Date: September 03, 2026

The information, utilities, scripts, formatting tools, and media provided by Dhwaz Tools are for general informational, educational, and developer purposes only. All information on the site is provided in good faith; however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, or completeness of any tool or algorithm.

1. Cryptography and Cybersecurity Disclaimer

Our platform includes tools that generate passwords, cryptographic hashes, and encoded ciphers. While we utilize industry-standard client-side APIs (like the Web Crypto API) to generate high-entropy strings, we do not guarantee absolute security or infallibility against modern decryption techniques.

  • You acknowledge that passwords generated here, if used on external systems, may still be vulnerable to server-side breaches, keyloggers, social engineering, or brute-force dictionary attacks on those respective external systems.
  • These tools are provided for convenience and developer testing. They do not replace comprehensive enterprise security architectures, zero-trust frameworks, or Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).

2. Hardware and Engineering Disclaimer

If you utilize our Resistor Color Code Decoder, SMD Calculator, Series/Parallel equivalent calculators, or any other electrical engineering modules, you acknowledge that these are theoretical digital aids based on ideal mathematical environments.

  • We are strictly not liable for any short circuits, electrical fires, hardware damage, bodily injury, or death resulting from calculations made on this platform.
  • You must always physically verify resistance, wattage tolerance, and component specifications with a calibrated multimeter before deploying components into commercial, industrial, or high-voltage live circuits.

3. Cloud Object Storage (R2) Liability Limitations

For users utilizing the Cloudflare R2 Upload module or any cloud bridging feature:

We provide this interface as a convenience bridge to edge storage. We expressly disclaim any liability for accidental data loss, file corruption, bucket permission misconfigurations, or service interruptions initiated by the upstream cloud provider (Cloudflare). You are strictly mandated to maintain independent, offline, and redundant 3-2-1 backups of your critical digital assets.

4. External Links and Third-Party Applications

The Site may contain (or you may be sent through the Site to) links to other websites or content belonging to or originating from third parties. Such external links are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, or completeness by us. We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of any information offered by third-party websites.

5. No Professional Advice

The engineering suites, mathematical calculators, and cyber-utilities provided do not constitute certified professional advice (whether engineering, architectural, financial, or cybersecurity). You should consult with licensed professionals before deploying calculated specifications into commercial, industrial, or safety-critical environments.

Cookie & LocalStorage Policy

Document Revision Date: September 03, 2026

To provide a seamless, customized, and secure experience, Dhwaz Tools uses standard cookies alongside modern browser Web Storage (LocalStorage). This policy explains what we store, why we store it, and how you can control it.

1. Understanding Cookies & LocalStorage

Cookies are small text files temporarily placed on your device by websites to remember session data. LocalStorage is a more modern, secure method built into your browser that allows us to save your UI preferences locally without sending data back and forth to our servers.

2. Categories of Storage We Use

Strictly Necessary (Always Active)

These are absolutely essential for the platform to function securely. The site cannot operate without them.

  • PHPSESSID: A core session cookie used to verify secure logins for administrators and to prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF) on forms.
  • cf_clearance: A cookie generated by Cloudflare's security layer to verify that you are a legitimate user and not a malicious bot, allowing you to bypass continuous CAPTCHAs.

Functional Preferences (LocalStorage)

These elements ensure that the website remembers your personalization choices. They are stored locally on your device.

  • darkMode: Remembers if you prefer the Light or Dark interface.
  • themeColor: Stores your chosen accent color (e.g., Indigo, Emerald, Rose).
  • activeTab: Remembers the last tool tab you were using so you can resume your workflow smoothly upon refresh.
  • cookie_consent: Remembers whether you have accepted or customized your privacy consent settings.

Analytics & Performance (Consent-Based)

If you opt-in via our Cookie Banner, we may deploy lightweight tracking (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregated traffic patterns, identify which tools are most popular, and track platform error rates to improve our software.

3. Managing Your Preferences

You have full control over non-essential cookies. You can modify your consent at any time using our built-in Cookie Preference manager. Furthermore, you can clear your browser's LocalStorage and cookies via your browser's history settings at any time, though this will reset your Dark Mode and theme preferences.

Refund & Donation Policy

Document Revision Date: September 03, 2026

Dhwaz Tools operates primarily as a free-to-use utility platform for the developer and digital community. This document outlines our financial policies regarding voluntary support.

1. The Nature of Our Services

We do not charge mandatory subscription fees, paywalls, or hidden costs for accessing our standard suite of tools. Users are free to utilize the platform's public utilities without entering any payment information.

2. Voluntary Donations and Sponsorships

To sustain our expensive operational costs—including high-bandwidth edge CDN routing, Cloudflare R2 bucket storage, and VPS server hosting—we accept voluntary financial contributions from our users.

Contributions made via our provided payment links (such as UPI QR codes, Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, or Cashfree) are classified as Voluntary Donations. Because these are gifts made without the expectation of physical goods or premium deliverables, all donations are strictly non-refundable once successfully processed.

3. Handling Accidental or Duplicate Transactions

We understand that technical glitches or human errors can occur during digital checkouts. Exceptions to our non-refundable policy are made exclusively in the following scenarios:

  • Duplicate Charges: If a gateway glitch causes your card or account to be charged multiple times for a single intent.
  • Fraudulent Use: If you can prove that your payment method was used on our platform without your authorization.

4. Refund Request Protocol

To initiate a review for a duplicate or erroneous charge, you must follow this procedure:

  1. Contact us within 48 Hours of the transaction occurring.
  2. Send an email to info@dhwaz.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Transaction ID]".
  3. Attach valid proof of the duplicate deduction (e.g., bank statement screenshots or gateway receipts).

Upon satisfactory verification, our billing team will initiate a reversal. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

5. External Merchant Gateways

If you click on external sponsor links or third-party merchant apps listed in our portal directories, any transactions you make there are governed entirely by the refund policies of those external entities. We do not broker or take responsibility for third-party commerce.

Frequently Asked Questions

Knowledge Base & Platform Support

Are the passwords generated here safe to use?

Yes, completely. Our password generator uses the browser's built-in window.crypto.getRandomValues() Web Crypto engine. The entire generation routine happens offline inside your device's memory; nothing is stored in databases or sent across servers. You can even disconnect your internet before clicking 'Generate' to verify.

Where do my uploaded files go via the R2 Uploader?

Files uploaded through the R2 interface are transferred using secure, encrypted AWS V4 signed requests directly into Cloudflare's distributed R2 storage network. This allows instant global CDN availability. Only authorized administrators hold the Secret Keys required to manage or permanently delete these assets.

Can I use the generated Fancy Fonts on social media apps?

Absolutely. The Fancy Font and Gaming Name tools don't actually change the "font" style; they convert standard keyboard characters into universal Unicode mathematical and typographical symbols. Because it's raw text, it is supported natively by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and most multiplayer gaming platforms.

Why do you use Cloudflare Turnstile instead of traditional reCAPTCHA?

We believe in privacy-preserving security. Cloudflare Turnstile validates authentic browser behavior silently in the background without requiring users to solve frustrating image puzzles (like identifying traffic lights). More importantly, it does not use invasive cross-site tracking cookies to profile your internet activity like some legacy CAPTCHA providers do.

Do you store the contents of emails sent via ProMail?

No. When an authorized admin sends an email via the ProMail dashboard, the content is securely compiled using PHPMailer and transmitted instantly to the SMTP relay (e.g., Google or Amazon SES). We do not archive the message body in our local SQL databases.

Are donations required to keep using the tools?

Not at all. The core utilities of Dhwaz Tools are 100% free. Donations are entirely voluntary and are deeply appreciated as they help us cover the growing costs of cloud servers, bandwidth, and API limits.

How can I report a bug or contact support?

You can reach out to our development and support desk directly via our Contact Page. Alternatively, you can email us at info@dhwaz.com. We aim to respond to technical inquiries within 24-48 hours.
