Refund & Donation Policy

Dhwaz Tools operates primarily as a free-to-use utility platform for the developer and digital community. This document outlines our financial policies regarding voluntary support.

1. The Nature of Our Services

We do not charge mandatory subscription fees, paywalls, or hidden costs for accessing our standard suite of tools. Users are free to utilize the platform's public utilities without entering any payment information.

2. Voluntary Donations and Sponsorships

To sustain our expensive operational costs—including high-bandwidth edge CDN routing, Cloudflare R2 bucket storage, and VPS server hosting—we accept voluntary financial contributions from our users.

Contributions made via our provided payment links (such as UPI QR codes, Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, or Cashfree) are classified as Voluntary Donations. Because these are gifts made without the expectation of physical goods or premium deliverables, all donations are strictly non-refundable once successfully processed.

3. Handling Accidental or Duplicate Transactions

We understand that technical glitches or human errors can occur during digital checkouts. Exceptions to our non-refundable policy are made exclusively in the following scenarios:

• Duplicate Charges: If a gateway glitch causes your card or account to be charged multiple times for a single intent.
• Fraudulent Use: If you can prove that your payment method was used on our platform without your authorization.

4. Refund Request Protocol

To initiate a review for a duplicate or erroneous charge, you must follow this procedure:

1. Contact us within 48 Hours of the transaction occurring.
2. Send an email to info@dhwaz.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Transaction ID]".
3. Attach valid proof of the duplicate deduction (e.g., bank statement screenshots or gateway receipts).

Upon satisfactory verification, our billing team will initiate a reversal. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

5. External Merchant Gateways

If you click on external sponsor links or third-party merchant apps listed in our portal directories, any transactions you make there are governed entirely by the refund policies of those external entities. We do not broker or take responsibility for third-party commerce.
